    Error 3109 after queueing client closes?

    I'm having issues on my MacBook, I log in, queue for a good 20/30 minutes and then my screen goes black and I get an error stating:

    "Final Fantasy xiv has not yet been registered with this service account. To play the game, you must first complete the registration process using the registration code included with your purchase." Error 3109.

    I then log in and start queuing all over again.. I'm happy to queue behind 2,000+ people, but I literally haven't been able to play all day and I'm so frustrated... can anyone help please?

    Just happened again, this has been happening for 12 hours now.. I haven't been able to log in ONCE.

    Still happening today.. I can't login at all due to the client crashing constantly...

    Can someone help please?
