Still not quite there. I think the movie comparison above is a bit closer. I'll try it with food none the less.

You ordered food before you arrived with an app, and paid for it already through the app. A burger, some chips, and a drink. You've been informed that the burger isn't ready, they have to cook more since there's so many people trying to get burgers that also used the apps. Your chips and drink are right here, but the burger will have to wait.

Some people are fine there, will eat the chips and drink the drink, and they have no issue waiting.

Some people just came for the burger, and further delays are just putting further distance between them and what they came for.

That fit a bit better?
