    LOL I do something else, I am met with long loading times and sometimes disconnects to be met with a 20 min to 1 hr queue. I paid money for early excess, I am entitled to get what I pay for. We pay for a service and when it is unsatisfactory people have a right to voice it.

    Still not quite there. I think the movie comparison above is a bit closer. I'll try it with food none the less.

    You ordered food before you arrived with an app, and paid for it already through the app. A burger, some chips, and a drink. You've been informed that the burger isn't ready, they have to cook more since there's so many people trying to get burgers that also used the apps. Your chips and drink are right here, but the burger will have to wait.

    Some people are fine there, will eat the chips and drink the drink, and they have no issue waiting.

    Some people just came for the burger, and further delays are just putting further distance between them and what they came for.

    That fit a bit better?

    Two hours isn't exactly a little wait to log in. Sure 30-40 mins I can cope with but up to two hours each time considering I get disconnected at least twice? That's four hours and then some people wait and have been disconnected immediately to have to wait again so lets get real it isn't acceptable. I do other things while I wait but this isn't exactly a nice thing to have to experience either. There is only so much I can do while remaining near my ps4.

    I would say its still a bit different then that, it more like going to a re-opening to you favorite restaurant and while expecting lines and other trouble you finding that they only have one person working cash and cooking the food at the same time... people expected problems and long que's to log in and probably out of whack duty finder wait times, they didn't expect the MSQ quest.. the big thing that everyone will all be trying to get done when the new expansion comes out so they can actually get to the rest of it since ALMOST THE ENTIRE rest of the content.. is stuck behind the two instance combat's we cannot access or complete without a stupid amount of luck,

    Actually its more like you went to a new burger joint and you have to pay first and then stand in a super long line. After waiting in the super long line, you find out that the grill doesnt work but will work "soon". Then the fire alarm goes off and you have to exit the building to find out it was a false alarm, just so you can stand in line again.

    Thats what this is.

    If you are going to try to make a more favorable analogy for yourself, at least try having it be the same thing. In your scenario we would have had to have already paid $40 for our burger before we were even let inside and THEN they keep us sitting there for an undetermined amount of time waiting for it.

    This is what we need to do, we all need to start demanding refunds, and if they don't cancel subscription, when SE starts seeing it hit their pocket book in a massive way they will suddenly start caring.

    Along with a paid membership before you could spend $40 on the burger.

    TBH this is probably already hurting them, not necessarily from people on the forums but those coming to check the game out with the massive amount of marketing SE did for this expansion.

    Now, it sucks we all paid to have early access and there have been problems. Some may argue the issues were foreseeable. Perhaps, they were and something went wrong that we aren't aware of.

    All I know is Yoshida-san has apologized and has stated the developers are working to solve the problem. Shrill posts are not going to help the situation in any way. So, if you can't get through a bottleneck are you just going to keep clicking Rubahn or are you going to go do something else?

    "A little wait"? I wasn't aware that Shiva was such a dead server. I've spent the last 5 hours trying to log back in after a critical bug on a quest forced me to crash game and relog. People on Balmung have 20k log queues to go through and I honnestly have no idea how they manage to remain sane through such nonsense.

    This isn't even about early access. I would be fine if I could access the game at all. Except I can't, because magically the log in queues got multiplied 200 fold and the server is dying trying to log in everyone. Customers have the right to complain when things go south, and things are currently going south so badly it's a wonder SE hasn't already shut down the servers altogether to prevent more uproar.
