    You didn't pay for the early access. And by the 20th, these issues will be resolved...like they were for ARR and HW.

    Actually, technically, we did. We could have waited until the 20th. But we didn't. We gave them the money early on that could have been used somewhere else.

    The amount paid is irrelevant and it's not even a technicality. Early Access is not dissociable from our Stormblood purchase. It was one of the features included with our purchase and as such we paid for it, pure and simple. As such, we paid for something that not only does not work (and don't tell me it works because you can log in, being locked out of 99% of the expansion content isn't working) but is also limited in its available time.

    Yeah it's a big mess and if this doesn't shame SE / Yoshi then nothing will.

    HW didn't have these issues, it had like 1hour of not being able to log in, then it was fine

    I'm more inclined at this point to believe the problem will actually be worse by the 20th. They're not showing any indication of having any kind of solution they're willing to use.
