Character wont log in after Susano fight!

finished the Susano story trial and after exiting the duty I was kicked and unable to log back in, please move my character to another map/zone as this has worked for other players. I am currently still in a party and its displaying me in the cut scene from my husbands computer, I need moving out of the cut scene

Same, changing from Directx9 to Directx11 doesn't fix anything, and reinstalling doesn't work either.

Game crashed upon leaving the Susano trial. Cannot reconnect, as the game just crashes every time I try to log on with the same exact error.

Same issue as those above. Disconnected leaving Susano trial into constant lost connection upon trying to log in. Others see me as still displaying cut scene in game.
