Promos not getting to Europe?

Hi, I know this will most probably be sunk by the storm of complaining posts.
I would like to ask if there has been any announcement regarding the promos that we were supposed to get in Europe.
I know some countries have had their chance to get them, but in Spain we haven't even got the first one with the butler attire and the White fat chocobo.

This is what they said almost a year ago:
"Note: Separate campaigns offering the same in-game items are currently being planned for those residing in: France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and Nordic territories. Further details on these campaigns will be posted at a later date."

So for I'm guessing no promo for us and I shouldn't expect to get the latest Sun Wukong items either but would like to be proven otherwise. Any info on these promotions?

Australians can't get the cloud mount due to not being able to purchase from Amazon which was very disappointing, I do hope they change the ways in which promos are handled so everyone can participate.

I haven't heard anything about if they're ever going to change how they deliver their promos but here is another bump as I'd also like to know.

Since they announced the items eventually would end on the mogstation i just asumed that was SE's way of dealing with it. I very much doubt outside of the germany dr pepper promotion that we will get anything for the cloud mount etc.
