Preferred world transferr error code: i2501

I keep getting this error when I try to do the preferred world transfer. Anyone know what it is and how I can fix it?

I have the exact same issue, have you found any solutions yet?
I figured my account is blocked. I've contacted SE and changed my password, now awaiting a response.
