Preferred world transferr error code: i2501

I keep getting this error when I try to do the preferred world transfer. Anyone know what it is and how I can fix it?

I have the exact same issue, have you found any solutions yet?
I figured my account is blocked. I've contacted SE and changed my password, now awaiting a response.

Me and friend trying to world transfer, have the same error. I created ticked but there is no answer yet.

I get the same error. Also waiting for SE to reply.
My issue is, I'm living abroad, and my game is US version.
It's a way to prevent account theft, and also to prevent me giving SE my money.....

Trying to transfer to the New World - Omega from Cerberus.
3 days are gone and No Luck - keep getting i2501 Error
contacted SQUARE ENIX Support Center, yesterday received standard answer. Now waiting for further responses.
Have no idea why this happend..

I would advice everyone to call them once and for all, it seems to be an IP address issue from what i gathered.

I read it. It's available Monday to Friday.
So not available now. My time zone is different. This will not be fun.
