Stormblood code

I bought the stormblood digital download on the 15th but when i try to enter the early access code on the mog station it says the code is invalid. I copied it directly from the email so I know it's correct.
I validated the first code i got on the redemption site like it says.

I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?

This is really weird and annoying. I;m wasting time I paid for here. I got the pc one off the square enix store for my region, so it should work on my aaccount, but it says invalid.
Yes i followed what it says and redeemed the first code on the redemption site to activate it but mogstation says it's invalid. Still waiting for support ages later.

Is it a dodgy code i've managed to get or something?
