TL/DR: Media tour was basically the final build.
Notable Changes from Media Tour:
Blood Price now grants 1 gauge immediately when hit and 4 over time, assuming this is to curb building lots of gauge on mob packs.
Syphon Strike restores more MP than normal while in Grit
Souleater self healing lowered from 100% to 10%
The Blackest Night: The shield must be destroyed completely to gain +50 gauge.

Syphon Strike: Dark Arts effect added. Combo: 250, DA: 240, Combo+DA: 390. Restores MP. MP Restoration increased while in Grit
