Beyond frustrated, do not know what to do but say something

I have hit a wall I pre-ordered Stormblood, like many of you, pretty much when it became available. I was hopeful, I was hyped, i was out right excited That excitement soon left. Soon after this on Excalibur, we noticed Duty Finders were not working, it was just blank nothing. Ok no problem, its launch day, well early access launch day there are bound to be some problems. Then the Disconnects started. I had over 40 disconnects yesterday alone. This doesnt even include being stopped at Raubahn quest. I logged in this morning and was pleased, no DC... now... I cant stay in potd longer then 45 seconds.... I am dcing everywhere... Quarrymill, The Mist, the goblet, Rhalgars Reach, Mor Dhona... and yet little or no response that i can find to address the issue. 37 and a half hours later, and nothing. You say please wait a while longer, do something else, well what happens when I can not?! I am at a complete loss, and the lack of acknowledgement is extremely disheartening.
