Unless it moved off of the problem data centers, my bet is on 'no.' However, it's been posted on reddit that there's been at least one person to move to Omega just to get through it.

It might help with login queues. It will NOT help with Raubahn/Pipin or any problem related to instances or Duty Finder

Because they are data-center related, not server.

I'm in a designated server for transfers and people are not getting through. Maybe 1 an hour if they are lucky.

Maybe a Q time to get into the instance would work but I don't know how servers operate in all honesty and SE would probably have to do maint to do that.... :/

Edit: I also predict a over flooded Q timer if they were to attempt it

I was on last night 2:00am my time, and there was only like 5 of us clicking on him at one point while others were doing a fate. still don't think any of us got through, so like the others said no, smaller servers don't help. (this doesn't count the other two instanced zones, but a small comparison for thought)
