Can no longer access Heavenward content, game says I'm unregistered.

Steps:
1. I was in the process of completing the Scholar lvl 60 quests and had to log out.
2. When I reloaded back in i was unable to commence the quest as the game said I do not have a Heavensward licence.
3. I cannot teleport to any HW location the game says Heavensward is unregistered, I've checked my mogstation and this account clearly has Stormblood and Heavensward (also I'm level 60 so again also have access to Heavensward)
4. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled and the problem is still present.

I am also experiencing this issue Kierex, I hope it will not be too much trouble if I add my information here as a reference. This issue is about Stormblood Early Access.

Steps:

1. I was doing the MSQ 4.0 and decided to log out in Limsa Lominsa before accepting the next step in that quest.
2. After a long queue today to log in (I was about 787 on line and select cancel and retry without any changes, then wait until I got in. The second time I was 800 and then it stuck on 1, but here I select to cancel and enter after retry. On the next tries I waited until it finished), I was unable to accept the quest from Alphinaud as the game said I did not meet the requirement of having Stormblood installed and registered.
3. I can not teleport to any 4.0 location or gain experience, I've also checked the MogStation and my account has the Stormblood Early Access checked.
4. I tried to log out and exit the game and wait some time to see if the issue is about the congestion but is still present.

System: Mac

EDIT: I can assume this is also a problem caused by the congestion on the servers. After a new try where I logged out and exit the game but also restart my Mac and wait some time. I can finally be able to continue with the quest.
