DX11 Client error?

Crashing after teleporting to Mor Dhona.

dx9 gives me

dx11 gives me different numbers but the outcome is the same. My main character is stuck in limbo, when I want to play, and the game is allowing me to play my alts, so what is happening? I didnt buy an expansion and pay my sub to be locked out of my character.

Got the same error this evening trying to enter Mor Dhona via teleport. and I'm not even close to Stormblood content yet.

The same error happened to me after I ported to Mor Dhona.

I had this issue, in windows 10 switch off game mode totally. make sure you have latest nvidia drivers, reinstall the drivers in case clean reg with ccleaner and clear ie is cache.

No need ti reinstall everything. The exact same bug happened to me, contacted the support my mail yesterday (Sunday) and got my character unstuck within half an hour, good job on the support team on that one ! When the bug got resolved, I was in New Grindania despite the error occuring after Susano from a SB zone, so I can only assume it's a zone transition error fixable by moving the character manually.

Same issue. Teleported to Mor Dhona and crashed in DX11. I switched to DX9 and still crashed.
