I'm not interested in compensation. I just want a solution that doesn't require waiting for quite possibly literally a week or more before the issue is resolved. This is going to get worse again on Tuesday, as strange as that may sound to those of us who would never not pre-order.

I totally understand where you're coming from, but that's a really bad example because airlines literally do that all the time.

they have to give compensation though. like under law. because literally any other industry where you do that it would be considered fraud.

We're basically being told to not play (and try again later lol) for the game we all paid to have early access, entirely due to the developer's own incompetence towards any sort of forethought.

For it still to be going on like this after a full 24 hours is completely outrageous, when the early access is only just 4 days.

i also don't want compensation just to be able to play the game. its not entitled to expect to get what you pay for. having a warranty on a car is not entitlement.

Should limit early access to ones that pre-ordered first week that could start ordering stormblood. That helped out a lot. Also maybe don't release huge expansion all at once but in small parts. Just want be able to play the game don't give care about new story or jobs. Just want be able to do crafting and enter potd.
