SE Store Preorder

Just wondering if anyone else who has ordered through the SE store has your order been shipped yet? Mine is still on "preparing order" and I'm just slightly worried that I'll be locked out of the game because my order isn't shipped on time for the end of early access. Thanks.

I bought this way for ps4. I guess a physical copy is coming to my house but I only play digital anyways. As far as being able to play stormblood I can. But I haven't gotten the preorder bonuses.... though I don't really care about them

I'm in exactly the same boat as you, I am hoping as I paid for tracked/express shipping (whatever it was called) it'll be a next day courier so we'll see it ship on the 19th for a delivery on the 20th?

My shipping is listed as untracked but I know that the store only does next day dpd so I'm honestly confused.

No answer to either of my tickets from SE store, one last week and one today.

If my game does not turn up by the 23rd, which as I understand is the end of the grace period to enter a retail code, I will be seeking a refund/cancellation of my order and on top of the awful early access weekend, I'll highly consider cancelling my sub and playing another MMO, heck, I might even go back to XI.

What shipping method did you use? I learned the hard way using 1 day shipping is a waste of money through Square-Enix store.

Cant even remember, order says untracked shipping but whenever I've ordered from them in the past dpd next day was the only one there. They still haven't shipped my stuff >>

Same situation here. Order showing as "Validated", just like the order for something I got last year that was delivered in December. Useless information if you need to check the status!
