Can anyone else confirm that this works? I don't wish to spend another hour in queue to test something when I've spent 30 minutes already in this one..
If you got the crash after the first SB Primal then the problem is server-side and nothing will work(believe, my server is low-pop and I tried everything). It seem that CyberForte problem was something else.
Does trying to get into the client using a platform that doesn't have SB work? I only have ARR on my PS4 and I want to have some way out of this if I get it.
I tried to log in on my ps4 as it only has HW but keep getting a lobby error so no idea if it works
He is responding to a completing different error.
So here I am 14 hours later, having only got a 'We're not gonna move your character, apologies for the inconvenience, blah, blah, blah' generic copy & pasted reply to my in-game report; no reponse from website bug report; no news from anyone 'official' and still not able to log into my main character.
For those ppl posting their sarcasm here, try not being able to play properly for 2 of the (coming up for 3) 4 days of early release and then kiss my arsenfeck. Also, we don't care if you've completed the trial successfully - many hundreds of people have, I'm sure - but it doesn't help to have our faces rubbed in, "Oh, I did it np." Well, that's great for you, off you go now, run along.
...I can hear the chime saying i got my in game report except I can't read it... Is there a way to do that outside of logging in? Cause I can't even log in to read that.
