Well, this thread got more attention, and I sure don't want to wait "several days" (because each attempt to login takes 20+ minutes, due to the login queue), so reposting there :

Area and coordinates: The Pool of Tribute
Steps:
1. complete The Pool of Tribute
2. Use the Instance Exit
3. Game crashes
4. Unable to access my character

This is on PS4 for me.
