The only customer service person i talked to said that he couldnt help me, they would not refund me, and that all i could do is repot a bug. NA support is down so i cant talk to poeple in the part of chat people recommended and we are now 5 days since i wasted my money. the email i got said this:

Unfortunately, there were certain characters that were unable to complete the World Transfer due to the reasons listed below.

PLease note my character is not on there and should have been transfered but wasnt. I just want to be able to play with my friends or get my money back so i can resubmit. This has been the worst customer service experiance i have ever experianced in any game.
