    says i transfered but am still on old server

    I got my transer from cactuar to siren paid for sucessfuly 3 days ago when they first went live and got the email confirming the transfer this morning but somehow im still on cactuar... After 7 hours waiting for chat they said they couldnt help because they arent a gm and are not allowed to refund either so i can try again. They told me my only option was a bug report to get my transfer.

    I paid for my transfer 68 hours ago and I've gotten no news. My main is stuck in limbo until I actually know what is going on and sending a ticket in has gotten me nothing.

    I forgot to report here, but my brother contacted eu chat (about initiated transfer, but it didn't complete even 24+ hours passed and his character was stuck at the old server), they said they'll look into it and an hour after that his transfer got completed. It was the same get support->account->login issues->chat route as someone used earlier, you might have chosen wrong options for the chat? Since it's a "login"/in game issue?
    //Actually nvm noticed that cactuar/siren is on NA and they closed the chat? so that option is gone for NA players for now...

    Jeanesis Your character was actually in the email i got saying the transfer had failed due to a system error but mine was not on that list even though it did not transfer.

    The only customer service person i talked to said that he couldnt help me, they would not refund me, and that all i could do is repot a bug. NA support is down so i cant talk to poeple in the part of chat people recommended and we are now 5 days since i wasted my money. the email i got said this:
    We are happy to announce the result of the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn World Transfer Service that was requested in FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.

    The World Transfer process has been completed, so please login to the game and resume enjoying the game play.

    Unfortunately, there were certain characters that were unable to complete the World Transfer due to the reasons listed below.

    *Failed Transfers (System Error)
     Jeanesis Mirena

    The characters listed above were unable to complete the World Transfer due to an unknown issue, and we are investigating the situation.
    We please ask to wait patiently until we finish the investigation.

    We thank you for your continued patronage towards FINALY FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

    PLease note my character is not on there and should have been transfered but wasnt. I just want to be able to play with my friends or get my money back so i can resubmit. This has been the worst customer service experiance i have ever experianced in any game.
