    I've still got an issue. After trying for about 2 hours to move from EXCALIBUR > Omega it allowed me (after saying full).

    It's been what 32 hours at least. Still no transfer.

    I've got the email confirmation and everything. Logging in to exca seems to take an age, character info doesn't load properly, queue still and it there for ages.

    And yes all my friends have moved and it's just me.... all alone - no joke!

    Silly thing is congestion is bad on excali but omega it's not....

    I can't retry it for a couple of days.. so assume it will transfer me or I have to do it again.

    If when the issue is resolved they won't open it for people who were waiting all this time to transfer just cuz they're delaying it until Wednesday then it's pure bs. Because why exactly are we locked out of the world we should've been able to transfer to in the first place? It's their problem on how to open it for us because they were not fast enough to fix this.

    Omega isn't still considered congested, so it was just the regular lock down at prime time i assume??? But now i'm really stressed, wohoo.. Even ultros was last night where i moved from and it's not gigantic server at all.

    I really hope this all is just because of SB and so many people logging in everywhere. I don't want to be stuck at omega alone? Kinda regretting i didn't take a paid transfer to some other eu server. I wish i could at least get out by PAYING if this all goes to hell (that 90 day transfer lock umm). We wanted to move for free because we are from EU and our NA connection went unplayable, just :/

    I can't believe this issue is still here. Again I fail to see the reason why this is unimportant to them, so much that all they say is "Oh we've escalated it check back later tyvm". Yeah, people are unable to progress through MSQ because of an NPC (which I heard might have been fixed now but this isn't the point), but at least they could do other things in the meantime.
    As for people waiting ages in queue, these queues could have been alleviated by having Transfer work properly. And now some people still haven't been able to either progress (waiting to be able to play together with their friends/partners), or just can't play (because the transfer is locking them out as it is glitchy).
    Again how is that unimportant, SE? Just...wow.

    Omega is open again to transfer but still error i2501...
    I got a response from my ticket and they said it is an issue they fix live with you either on chat or on phone. I am on queue on chat since 2 hours now.

    Thank you for the info. I'll link my brother straight to the eu chat instead then, people who got email have at least some confirmation that something happened, error is another thing, i wish you good luck!! We don't even have the expansion and would just like to play ARR/HW sigh.

    Hearing ANY reply to this thread's issues would be great, this indeed can't be just, unimportant? Even "there is an issue sorry" would be better than nothing.

    What a lie from them.
    My partner had them on chat support yesterday, and all that was said is that they've "escalated the issue" to an other staff team/member, and that they will contact her via e-mail when they have an update. Then when she asked again if maybe it was possible to do the transfer manually, the Support said no, and that she can "still play on the old world" until the transfer is done.
    That is all the chat session did. We got not solution, no help whatsoever. Just the usual "we've escalated it now bye" basically.
    Here's hoping yours goes better...

    Ugh... I sincerly hope it will have a better end this time... I haven't sleep till now because I want to get done with that queue and solve the problem
    It is hard for us to see poeple enjoying the new features, design etc..; while we just sit there watching an error i2501 or spam a duty that doesn't work.

    Will kepe updated as soon as I got my turn on chat!

    How pathetic. Looks like we won't get to hear anything from the Staff/Support regarding World Transfer issues, again, until "next time" and even then it may not be solved...
