World Transfer Error

So I've been trying to transfer to Omega but keep getting the same error after confirming.
My partner was able to transfer but one of my friends is also having the same issue.
What's the problem?

It worked for me an hour ago. There was a post that said the service wouldn't be back up until after 8pm PDT (6/16/17), but in reality the service was delayed until around 10:30pm PDT ... but it should now be working.

Just a note: moving to another server will not help you with instanced quests/dungeon issues.

Are you sure it was the exact same error?
I'm still getting it :c
And seems like I'm not the only one

Well im getting the same error.Still no answe from support team. Any updates ?

After waiting almost a day to transfer waiting even longer because of this error is getting really frustrating
