Wednesday? Really. What even...Just so you all know, I contacted Chat Support (sat in Queue for about an hour) and the CSR "escalated" my issue up to another team, but it will be next Wednesday at the earliest before they can resolve the issue. To say the least, this has been the WORST experience I've ever had in an MMO. One thing after another. I'm sure you all feel the pain as well. At minimum, I would suggest sending in an email to support with your issue, I highly doubt anyone will be looking at this thread any time soon. Even if they did, they wont be doing jack all to fix it through these threads.
Also how did you get chat support? I only seem to be getting the option of email.
