I consumed the ARR MSQ skip was promptly logged out as normal but did not receive the ARR/Heavensward item.

I assumed that you had to purchase both the ARR and Heavensward skips separately
I (even though I know it says it very clear...) did not understand that the 2nd one was a combo. instead of a progressive requirement 1 leading to another.

I now has no Heavensward item and needs a revert from the ARR MSQ purchase so he can receive and use my correct purchase.
