he probably said that in a wrong way, but he is not wrong at all.

look at the gc equips. look at uldah, that has a shield better then canopus or kite, and the best gear for pug (also good looking, lol, way better then sipahi shirt and trousers). look at gridania's shield thet is simply out of the scale (168 block rate, vs 122 from canopus).

totally unbalanced. what to limsa? bliaud worse then revolutionary's? sallet worse then cobalt? not even worth paying. well, limsa got good weapons, but nowerer comparable to primals.

simply, gridania has a great shield and uldah has good shield and great gear (body, leg and waist) for endgame as pug/archer. limsa has nothing.

just to make an example: i'm from limsa gc, i have ifrit weapons and everything to 50, and yet there is nothing worth to get from my gc. got a friend from uldah gc with 50 pug that will get free BEST gear for his class. uldah: body, waist, legs, shield. gridanua: shield. limsa: nothing worth.

SE, please balance it. give useful stuff to limsa too lol

Just read it again. No free in your post. Besides, using seals is hardly free. Feel free to edit your post and make me look stupid, if you'd like.

I digress. There's no GC favoring or imbalance going on. People are just noticing something they want, ended up in another GC. The opposite scenario will also occur.

even if the opposite will happen ...they said it wouldn't happen at all. i personally don't care just saying. i don't care bout using my points for gear. if be all be gear is from gc i'd quit the game for sure. but on top that the only thing i want to use my gc for is scrolls for grinding craft ..so i'm saving all of mine till next years cap raise ...that way i'll have tons of scrolls to burn.

gc not worth fighting about, but se said it would not matter where you go and it's not true. you can only do caravans from your own city. it's why i picked uldah just so i knew people would be doing it there and it woudlnt' be empty all day long. though...lol it's empty anyway, and pointless addition less this patch fixed it..not see yet(still downloading><) and they are putting things in there that you would of wanted.

make them sellable, end of crying.

They said no GC will consistently favor the same classes, and therefore not to choose GC based on what classes you want gear for. Not only that, the best gear will not come from GCs. They still aren't.

no problem IF and WHEN they do it. for now we have a problem imho. that gear simply shouldn't be untradable, or we should be able to get the same exact gear (maybe with color change?) in every gc.

Yup. That will sure make each GC unique!

If the gear offered by GCs were best in game for slot, I'd agree and be supporting you guys. As it stands, they are untradeable and do not offer anything absolutely unique for their exclusivity. They are good. You can get crafted gear better once melded. Single melded even.
