Error occurring on PC and PS4 based on others I'm playing with.
Steps:
1. Attempt to duty find in a party for the fields of glory (shatter)
2. Attempt to accept the duty once enough members are found
3. Get a black screen while loading that doesn't go away
4. Get disconnected from server
5. Continue to try to log in for 30+ mins
6. Get in to the server and play 1 or 2 games before having the same error occur
