Ita all about weapon damage and damage type, which is why blm/smn physik sucked less than pld cure in 2,x

all casters and healers have a higher weapon damage than tanks and melee. just compare that, which is why casters seem to be able to nuke more, but the offset is always cast times cutting into GCD as a tradeoff
