A friendly suggestion - even if you have no further information, an update with a reassurance that the devs are working on the issue with "Best Served with Cold Steel" and other instances experiencing issues would be a good thing.

While I understand the issues going on, a lot of people don't. They need reassurance that SE is working to resolve the problems. There's been no posts since about 4:40pm EST, and the silence is making people think the company doesn't care.

I personally understand the issues, I have some knowledge of networking and congestion, so I know this is an issue that might not be resolved in the next few hours. Just a message of assurance I think would go a long way to ease some of the tensions.
