Bug: incorrect icon/stats for DoL Leveling Achievements.

Small error in achievement tracking for SB (lv70) DoL achievements.

Character name: Joe Mcgrath
Class/Level: 51 Botanist / 60 Miner
In-game time: 133 pm
Area and coordinates: 20.8, 20.8 NTH

Steps:
1. Achievements menu -> Character -> Disciples of the Land -> Fear the Reaper 7 (Need to be swapped)
2. Achievements menu -> Character -> Disciples of the Land -> Breaking Rocks in the Hot Sun 7 (Need to be swapped)

*Edit* found more achievement naming errors
3. Achievements menu -> Gathering -> Botanist -> Mining Stormblood (Need to be swapped)
4. Achievements menu -> Gathering -> Miner -> Reaping Stormblood (Need to be swapped)

**Edit #2 ** Found more... These are duplicate names from the achievements that give you the ILevel 200 tools for completing your crafting/gathering logs.
5. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Carpenter V (Should be called: With Saw in Hand 5)
6. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Blacksmith V (Should be called: With Hammer in Hand 5)
7. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Armorer V (Should be called: With Steel in Hand 5)
8. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Goldsmith V (Should be called: With Gem in Hand 5)
9. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Leatherworker V (Should be called: With Skin in Hand 5)
10. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Weaver V (Should be called: With Needle in Hand 5)
11. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Alchemist V (Should be called: With Pestle in Hand 5)
12. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Made That: Culinarian V (Should be called: With Pan in Hand 5)
13. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Found That: Botanist 5 (Should be called: With Pick in Hand 5) (miner and botanist switched again)
14. Achievements menu -> Quests -> Levequests -> I Found That: Miner 5 (Should be called: With Axe in Hand 5) (miner and botanist switched again)
