    Hey lvl 35 THM with a glitch in game

    Only been playing for a month on my ps4 but for my first mmo I've enjoyed this game. Right now I'm doing a quest called facing your demons. I just gave the note to the 3 npcs and now I have to speak with cocobuki but when I get to him he doesn't have that thing above his head. And when I speak to him he seems to recognize me as a new recruit asking me if I want to know about thaumatrugy...

    Are you talking to Cocobuki in the Thaumaturge's guild? You need to talk to him in Vesper Bay, where you hand the notes to the NPCs. Some quest NPCs will be in their "normal" location as well as their location for the quest at the same time, but talking to them in their normal location won't progress the quest, since they're technically considered different NPCs by the game.
