    I was very surprised that this set was not U/U and the other sets were. I like the coffer items being U/U but for the work involved they NEED to let us add materia to them.

    i would like them u/u if they were more comparable to a high tier meteria piece. the sorcerers ringband for instance has +10 mag crit and the materia for hands goes up to +44 mag crit. so you basically getting a ringband with the equivalence of a materia grade 1 i think. If you thought it took a long time getting before try it now,lol. Because of the work that goes into getting the items if they are not meldable i think its just a big waste of potential content.

    because otf the risk of failure they would never be double melded which means that crafted items would still have the upper hand. Theres no reason why the SH gear with 1 meld cant be better then crafted, it wont break the game.

    on the other hand if it remains as is now its just a waste.

    triple meld now your talking, speaking of multi melding i multi melded my first piece last light. cobalt helm with grade 3 and 4 on it. its +18mind and +17 mag evasion so im pretty happy about that i wasnt trying either i just so happen to have the materia on me and tried it on my helm i normally use.

    I am still hoping for Dev see this and say something... This is so unfair for other classes. And actually all other U/U as you see are worthless. No one use or rarely use them.

    Was good to see this fixed in 1.20a...

    I just want the replayability that melding and possibly breaking the gear would add to the strongholds. The set I want is already meldable, but I agree, it's not fair to other classes.

    Or don't tell you guys whose play Mages, Archers, Lancers, Pugilists and Marauders are happy for your sets of SH being U/U and not even meldable while all Gladiators are happy at having their SH set not U/U and meldable?

    Don't you even imagine or wanted to meld your Sipahi, Mercenary or Sorcercer sets? Didn't you think about of possible boosts that would give?

    Don't you think making them being meldable would bring people for SH more often? Yeah for U/U shit no one cares since with a few materias they rape those sets.

    i actually had intended on bumping this post again today. I run SH raids regularly in hopes that one day they will lift the not-meldable so i can actually use them.

    SE has serious issues if they think people wanna farm for 2 hours for a lvl 50 ringband that is equal to a grade 1 materia,lol.

    Also making these items meld-able i believe would help the sales of crafted gear because people would buy gear to grind SB so they can make materia while farming coffers.
