Located in Kugane, one of those where "the quest log won't help you."
Has anyone figured this one out yet?
The bell is easy. The gate is very obviously the gate on the far east of the map, near the palace, but the game absolutely refuses to recognize it.
I even went so far as to try to match the angle of the painting by spending over an hour climbing the Hostlery, slowly jumping from beam to beam, falling down again and again and again and again. I finally got sightseeing log #26 for my troubles, but the quest STILL didn't trigger as complete.
I really don't want to give up and have a yellow ? forever taunting me in the main city. Any ideas?

The gate is on the roof top at (X10.7, Y 8.0) just teleport to Bokairo Inn artheryte. The other is in Shirokaze Hostelry( X9.8, Y9.7) just a bit up the stairs

Thank you, that worked this morning.
Although ... I was in that same spot for my Ninja class Quest, and at least twice when trying different views. I wonder if it's finicky, or was even initially bugged?

Probably 2 instance happens at the same time? Provide that one is a conversation and the other is just instant cut scene.
