    [Paladin] Divine Veil and Clemency

    I am level 58, but I cannot equip Divine Veil and Clemency to my hotbar. They are greyed out in my Job menu. Do I need to do a quest to unlock those? I was using Clemency before this patch. Did it change?

    You need to do the quests for them. Levels 52/54/56/58/60 are all quest skills
