I wish there was an easy way to test it, at best I can do things like. Go to Hall of Novice, 0 effort to get into the instance, queues up like a duty and I'm in. So in all honesty, this is just poor design. SE could create better server synergy because there are a lot of wasted open spaces.

Think of it like parking a car for a sports event, what if the parking lot is not enough? Then they allocate parking to another area that isn't being used, why don't they do this with other server instances? I feel like if I can get into Hall of novice with 0 effort, then entering a solo MSQ instance should be easy as well, there is no reason why an instance should be capped at whatever it is. They should allow an instance which has a heavy load to borrow from other instance treshold to be able to support more.

So let's say the cap is 100, the cap is reached, they grab from content that isn't done as often, and allocate instances for this instance from those instances. So now you have say 500, but 50 less of a handful of instances. But if they did something like this it would be better than the current system which seems to put a cap on the amount of instances 1 piece of content can have.

And honestly that would be my question, why can I solo queue into hall of novice and yet I can't solo queue into a MSQ, why is there data capable of creating an instance for one content but not the other, to me this just appears to be an inefficient system.
