Many of the 3.0 ones changed time and location since they're being made both AM and PM.

No, times definitely have changed. Adamantite is no longer available at 11 am/pm. 7 am was supposed to be Red Alumen, but I found Luminium Ore at that time - different location than expected though.

Just went to get Cloud Banana which should have been at 12:00, but it wasn't. It eventually appeared at 4.

Light Kidney Ore still popped at 2, however.

They spawn at 6am/pm ET now. Heard about it and just went to see for myself. Can confirm.

Chives and Pearl Sprouts still spawn at 10am/pm, however. Could it just be the level 60 nodes that changed? If more than one changed, confirmation/an announcement would have been nice.

Yes, the times have changed. I spent 8 in game hours chasing nodes I have memorized, none popped at the 3.x times.
