This is just awful customer service to those who have pre-ordered the game but also to those who are still playing Heavensward like me. We are both suffering from that Square wants to save some money by not preparing to flood of people when early access begins. There is always more people than servers can normally handle when expansions are released and it's not like Square is new on this business, so they knew what was going to happen. So they just didn't care enough to get those servers and manpower that was needed to handling launching this expansion. There should be a generous compensation to everyone who is suffering from these difficulties.
