Dont need SE apologists either. Its their problem to fix and we as paying customers have a right to be upset and angry at the total lack of response

While I don't condone the lack of communication, the amount of people that think SE is sitting back with their thumbs up their asses rather than actively working on the problem is astounding. This is the game launch, they aren't going to suddenly stop caring about their product that they are trying to sell.
