I like it, I do think it is a little long, and that they will probably lower the CD. 45-50 sec even is fine. It's a HUGE improvement for melee's. And it helps people with slight lag on runs like titan. I understand for caster it's the end of free running in battle. I realize why they did it, so that melees could be EXPECTED to use it in a raid setting, thus creating new possible raid mechanics. (which is always good, mostly)
Yeah, that was a bad move.
Meh, what you see as a nerf, I see as a buff (overall). Melee/ranged are actually free to use it in combat now along with the mages, without being all like "but omgawd mah teepeez" and now they might actually <Piccolo>DOOOOOOODGE</Piccolo> something for a change. (Who are we kidding; probably not. But now we just have one more thing to hold against the ones who don't.)
For typical out of combat getting-around, unless it's in a place where you can't use mounts (but these places tend to be small and/or have aethernets), just use your mounts. They're so much faster now, and I kinda feel like the mount speed adjustment was made specifically to appease the crowd that would see the Sprint changes as a "nerf"

Rework =/= Nerf

I love this change.

OMG Ooglie remember me? It's hadesWhy did sprint have to be nerfed? I'm talking about the 60s cooldown now. As a caster main, who also gathers, this is very very very annoying. I don't care about lack of a tp cost now. I just want the old sprint back. Even if it's only gatherers/crafters. They obviously can't raid or anything, and since there is a separate sprint move for pvp, I see no reason why they can't get a separate sprint that has the old sprint cooldown.

I LOVE this sprint buff. So nice to be able to use it in combat as a melee now!![]()
The CD should have stayed the same out of combat.
I also think this should have honestly been the balancing factor behind the current iteration. Serious question though: Do we have any spells/abilities that function in and out of combat, but alters usability based on which?
