I would discourage using macros for these because you really need to take cooldowns into consideration

This. While MRD has no real position issues (only the opening WSs have position bonuses), some recasts are terribly long...and the changes regarding macro speed might affect the response here too.

I might just turn queuing on and do this manually...might do like i used to with foresight/featherfoot, leaving everything already in the order i use at action bar...specially because very often some buffs might come in between some of these WSs.
