Fix Best Served with Cold Steel

So many issues of trying to do the Best Served with Cold Steel for the past 10 hours regardless if only 3 people attempt in the Famfrit instances or a handful. A lot of people get DC status all at once and can't get to clear it being kick with the words "A system error occurred during event movement". There's no way this is just congestion when not even a small group of people can join this que. Worse off its been 11 hours and nothings been done for our server. It's bad enough there's mobs be dragged to NPC Raubuan. I've been waitting since early access started to get this quest finished. Please fix this. I've been wanting to get my FC into the new housing location all day and we couldn't access this because it comes after this awful quest you can't get past because the bugs are being ignored.
