New world's missing from world transfer on not station

Area and coordinates: The Mogstation

Trying to get off Ragnorok due to it being so unstable and unplayable at times due to congestion. Want to move to new world omega but it is not listed on the mog station.

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I've seen before people get them mixed up. The first box it's asking you for is the destination, not where you're moving from so you need to pick Omega in that list.

Unless I'm mistaken, world transfers are locked to new servers, for sake of economy preservation, they are there for new character creations for new players.

Yes I know the first box is where I want to go lol, omega isn't listed, and how can it be locked? DR promote this for a while, all the rewards for moving to the new world are still listed?

If the transfer itself was promoted as you say, I would try posting on the website bugs section of the forums, everything pertaining to mog staion is website related, this forum is for the game itself, you likly wont get the answer you newd here.

Someone said that making a new character on Omega might help with having it show up in the list of worlds you can transfer to.
If you have already tried that though, then I'm not sure

I already do have an alt on there lol I made it when the queue to get on was over 2k lol
