    Gathering bonuses not taking effect in new area

    Started gathering with my BTN and MNR in Gyr Abania today and came across something a bit screwy and wanted to let the community/SE know. The gathering node bonuses (such as "+3 yield" and "+65% Gathering Fortune) on the nodes in Gyr Abania, and possibly others, were not taking effect when they should have. Multiple times I found nodes that activated if "Max GP greater than 600", but I did not receive the bonus mentioned. It did work about every 1/6 times I found one though. Hope my input helps!

    An intermittent failure of that nature is usually one of two possible things.
    1. Due to the server congestion currently going on, the request and return are failing. This would a lag issue.
    or
    2. If the same 1/6 node is only one ever giving the bonus, then it is a logic bug in the bonus check itself.
