Kugane is a NIGHTMARE. Not even close to a stable 60. Not even 30.

The servers are EXTREMELY overloaded right now. Maybe check again once things have settled a bit?
Server issue has nothing to do with frame rate and gameplay. Also, PS4 user are more limited to how many people/monster/npc they see compared to pc user. If the Pro has issue now, it just means the difference is barely minimum compared to the OG ps4.

I think he kinda meant that there are a ton of people in the areas, thus giving the framerate a hit, he just worded it a bit strangely.
Ho and I forget to add: I have done nothing yet related to Stormblood.
I spent my playtime this week-end working on my second relic. Lv60 donjons and Dun Scaith raids.
Idyllshire looks better, OF COURSE: it's empty.
One easy test: enter Coerthas Western Highlands from the Dravanian Forelands. Rotate the view at constant speed. When you see the mountain you came from, it's ok. As soon as you see the east, framerate falls; you can see frames jump just like on a standard PS4.
Scarcely populated area.
The SSD I had on the standard PS4 being in the PS4 Pro.
Nothing changed. Minus the 400EUR spent.
Steady 60fps everywhere? Post your CPU/GPU/Limit!
1080p60 cheap pc build

atleast give us option to maintain the standard ps4 fps + increased 1080p graphics

No I don't feel lied too.

Chiming in here . on my pro even during raubahn ex in the fringe my pro has maintained 60 fps on standard mode the entire time. The difference was hardly noticeable from boost mode however until I went into frontline

Unless your PS4 Pro is significantly more powerful than all others, you were not at 60fps during that debacle. Sorry.

My framerate has been mostly the same and stable this entire time. Who are you to tell me when I can see it with my own eyes. I know the difference between 30/60/100+ it would be very obvious if I dropped down.
I also have a lot of things turned off or on. nameplates are off HP bars are on for me and my party, effects turned down. Anything could help attribute to my framerate stability.
Now if it were to drop to say 58 for a second it'd be obvious it dropped but I wouldn't know the precise amount or care either.
Though I really am being honest with you when I say I have seen no huge FPS drops like has been described here.
Kugane has been smooth, Frontlines was mostly smooth before Pro patch with boost mode anyway and now its dropless, Dungeons have been smooth, even the Fringe yes was smooth, though that didn't really matter at the time anyway.( Still had the error)
Don't really know what else to tell you other than what I've experienced. Aside from DCing sooo much during the first few EA days and the Cold Steel issue I haven't really had much problems.
