    Mount speed in ARR and HW: What am I doing wrong?

    I have the MSQ completed, but when I check mount speeds, I'm still only at 1 star, with no idea how to change that.

    Zero star is the default. One star you get when you finish certain quests. The other star can be bought with Allied Seals from Huntmasters at the various FCs, or at the Forgotten Knight in Ishgard.
