Either it's a bug or I am missing something, but as a L40 SMN my Bio icon is now Bio II.

Bio is still in the list of actions, but try to drag it down to an action bar and the game turns it into Bio II. In other words, Bio is no longer available.

That's a pretty mean way to implement a nurf, so hoping it's a bug that will be fixed.
