I purchased Tales of Adventure: Heavensward on 6/16/2017 at approx. 11 a.m. I received the book to finish the msq, 10 silver chocobo feathers, and the gil stones.

I DID NOT receive the job boost book (my character is still lvl 55 not 60) nor the lvl 60 gear and weapon. I have the quest Beyond the Great Wall but without the lvl 60 boost it is red.

Please help!
