Purchased Tales of Adventure: Heavensward but no job boost included

I purchased Tales of Adventure: Heavensward on 6/16/2017 at approx. 11 a.m. I received the book to finish the msq, 10 silver chocobo feathers, and the gil stones.

I DID NOT receive the job boost book (my character is still lvl 55 not 60) nor the lvl 60 gear and weapon. I have the quest Beyond the Great Wall but without the lvl 60 boost it is red.

Please help!

It doesn't give level boost, it only give content boost and unlock everything in Heavensward, nowhere it's said that it grant a level boost.
It's also written in red that you need a character lvl60 to access the quest

At no stage does it state it gives you a job boost. Suggest you read the items description before purchasing next time. The job boost is separate altogether.

I went back and looked and yeah there it was...guess I got too excited about the new xpac. Thank you for your help!
