    Purchased a Name Change, change the name or log on in character selection.

    I purchase a name change for one of my characters, and I have been unable to make the change in-game or log in on that character.

    I can't log in because it needs the name changed, but when I select the option to name change, nothing happens. The window pops up notifying me I need to change the name, I hit OK, and nothing happens.

    Please help!

    Update: Server congestion was the problem. Once it cleared I was able to name change and now I'm logging in.
