Who's to say that the server 'upgrade' didn't help?
Perhaps it would have been much worse with the old datacenter.

It did nothing for the time, the queues where same length, the input delays are the same, the delayed response in actions are the same, nothing changed.
Also even after beating the bugged MSQ, on the 3rd day of servers being up, we are STILL MSQ blocked from content because the game will not let us zone
So 18 years, 20 if you go back to UO, and the industry hasn't learned a thing in all that time. And people wonder why some of us are upset.
Not just that, but SE themselves had this issue before! you think they would learn from 2.0 + having supposed upgraded servers since then??? I would give SE a pass completely for 2.0 because it would be hard as hell to know how many people would come back from such a flop that 1.0 gave. but 4.0?? 2 game revamps, an expansion in between the 2 revamps, and a server upgrade later? no excuse.

It's time to start thinking a serious invest on better servers. If you want subs you better be prepared for them. Funny how an XBOX version is in the talks. How they gonna handle more people like this?
The queues are horrible. 3 hour queue to play a game is too much. I know that in some days or maybe weeks the traffic will ease but still. I expected a queue I didn't expect to lose 3 days on them though.
I'm pretty sure the servers weren't upgraded. I believe they were only moved due to limitations at the Montreal data center. As far as ping, my wife and I's ping is actually lower as is hundreds of other players.
