I'm also seeing many people using their Stormblood Collector's Edition mounts already, even though no code has been sent out.
I'm apparently not the only one who's dealing with this.

Had to access my order history, and then click on the Unlock Code option under my Stormblood purchase. Apparently it redirects to the proper registration code page now rather than the early access code page it had shown previously. All registered and good to go now.

If you're on PSN you own it. It just has to activiate the actual game. I dunno why it treats it as different but it does. Same for the codes, PS4 users - me- get the items today apparently. I might be wrong on this as I only have the standard version but I dunno. I did get items in the mail from preordering so I dunno.
I am on PC, but it's still strange that Mog Station is saying I don't own the game when clearly I do since I'm actively playing the early access. If you're on PSN you own it. Early Access is just the pre-order code. SB access will be removed if you don't add the actual retail code onto your account before the grace period is up which is around 3 days or June 23rd.
The other platforms you need to enter the retail code from the vendor before you actually technically have SB on your account. It is separate from the pre-order/EA code.
PSN doesn't need you to enter a code since they just flag your account with it when you purchase it automatically.
I'll be honest, this is the main reason I order the digital from PSN. I never have to worry about registration codes and all that, and not receiving an access code on time. It's just automatic. It's such a headache remover.
The code should be sent out tonight I believe if you ordered from SE.
I did get preorder items in the mail today even though I don't have a registration code yet.
That's the thing though, they haven't sent me a registration code. It's beyond strange that the early access code doesn't register the product to your account, since you have to actually purchase the product in order to get the early access code in the first place. It states on the Lodestone that registration started this morning, almost 12 hours ago.
They'll probably send them out tomorrow since that is when the game is released. That's the thing though, they haven't sent me a registration code. Registration opened up early probably because it has launched in Japan.
Afaik places like Amazon don't charge until the product is released but send pre-order code out prior to that so if they did what you suggest they do people could just pre-order ender the code and then cancel their order. That's the thing though, they haven't sent me a registration code. I haven't got mine yet. That said. Our EA code should be good till friday I heard? So I'm not fretting. I believe this is how I did things during HW.
