22.7gb update after relogging?

Do not erase the game! Or you'll install 11gb apart from the 22.7gb of hell and it won't fix anything. Believe me, I did it. I have downloaded the game but I have cancelled my sub and haven't played again until they fix this problem. I'm not wasting money on a UPS either since I've herd this happens even if you disconnect from the game. Don't know if it's true though.

Since my previous message 2 hours ago I've already been disconnected with a "90002 connexion lost" message and I can confirm that this did not trigger the 22.7 GB download. However I'm stuck in a 486 players queue now. That's my reward after 10 hours of daily DL I guess.

Apparently they can't do anything because this is a problem on Sony's end and not theirs.

What I actually see is that their latest update is related to error CE-30022-7, but it does not seem to connect to the fact that every time you have to authenticate it is another 22 gigs you have to download.

Oh, there's no reference. It's just an obvious conclusion that I came to after I figured that they were working together with Sony. Their updates this year have been trash.
My friend who does techy stuff said it probably affected something to do with FFXIV file's path.
We'll never know for sure, though.

Actually, you know what? I'm going to start the download again, go to best buy and get one of those special surge bars that hold power for like 40 minutes after losing power. This is poop.

Add my name to the list. Got Stormblood all downloaded, no problems. Installed the update yesterday for PS4. Freak power outage this afternoon. Now back to downloading the 22 GB patch again. So it...um..didn't work?
