The lack of communication is annoying, but the total inability to contact them and ask them is even worse. =\ It seems like they've purposely cut off their support from having to talk to people live. They used to have live chat but that's gone, and there's no support phone number or twitter account.. Talking to a GM in game is basically impossible now too. I really don't understand. It's not unreasonable to expect decent customer service when we have to pay a monthly fee.
